Hello. Welcome to Dave Clingman's Easy Going Ranch.

As of March 2008, the new owners of the property decided to no longer have anyone on their land. Therefore, I do not live on the property often mentioned, described, and photographed throughout this website. For another year, I lived in my bus in Coarsegold. Then in April 2009, Andrew J. Wharton and Dave Clingman began their life together by driving their newly purchased RV to Guadalajara, Mexico. You can read about that adventure at their new website:

I considered trying to update this site, but since there are more than 200 pages here all pertaining to Dave Clingman's life at that location and while living there, I decided to simply let the website lie as it does.
