Welcome to Dave Clingman's website "Easy Going Ranch".

This website is a record of Dave Clingman's life on 205 acres in Coarsegold, California. There are more than 300 pages here, all pertaining to my life from 1999 to 2008.

As of March 2008, the new owners of the property commonly known as "Bible Storyland" decided to no longer have anyone on their land. Therefore, I do not live on the property often mentioned, described, and photographed throughout this website. For another year, I lived in my bus in Coarsegold. Then in April 2009, Andrew J. Wharton and Dave Clingman began their life together by driving their newly purchased RV to Guadalajara, Mexico. You can read about that adventure at their new website:

OLD OPENING STATEMENT FOR THIS WEBSITE: I live in a bus on 205 acres in Coarsegold, California, which is about halfway between Fresno and Yosemite. Click here to see a map of where Coarsegold is located.
